• AI-generated rewritten resume output

• Credit balance and transaction history
• Rewrite history (stored for your reference)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the resume rewriting service
• To process payments and manage your credit balance
• To store your rewrite history so you can access it later
• To send transactional emails (payment receipts, account notifications)
• To improve the Service and fix technical issues

We do not use your resume content to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers:

• Anthropic — AI model provider that processes your resume text to generate rewrites. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Stripe — Payment processor. We share only what is necessary to process your payment.
• Neon — Database hosting provider where your data is stored securely.
• Netlify — Hosting provider that serves the application.
• Google — If you sign in with Google, Google shares your profile information with us per Google's OAuth policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and rewrite history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database connections, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Export your rewrite history
