1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BoostMyCV ("Service") at boostmycv.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BoostMyCV is an AI-powered resume rewriting service. You upload or paste your resume, and our AI generates an improved, ATS-optimised version tailored to your target role. The Service is provided on a credit-based pay-as-you-go basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. One credit equals one resume rewrite.
• Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used.
• Unused credits do not expire.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

5. Refund Policy

Credits that have not been used may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a credit has been used to generate a rewrite, it is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at support@boostmycv.in.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the resume content you submit. By using the Service, you grant BoostMyCV a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the rewriting service. We do not use your resume content to train AI models.

8. AI-Generated Content

The rewritten resume is generated by AI. While we strive for quality, you are responsible for reviewing the output before using it in job applications. BoostMyCV makes no guarantee of employment outcomes or interview success.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostMyCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
